Well, iPhone X is truly an amazing product from Apple. It deserves to be the most expected smartphone this year. However, looking at the price tag $999, I am a little bit confused “What’s the hell make it so expensive?”. Then I came up with a question “What is the best alternative of iPhone X in the market, this year?”. I started looking at some alternatives that have the same features and lower price in comparison with iPhone X. Here are the answers!

1. Samsung Galaxy S8
It is hard to look beyond Samsung’s flagship Android handset for an alternative to the iPhone X. The Samsung Galaxy S8 is a beautiful device that introduced an infinity display before Apple. The screen slides seamlessly to the side of the phone and it is water resistant.
The S8 has a fingerprint scanner on the back and facial recognition, while the iPhone X only has its facial recognition software. Samsung’s Bixby virtual assistant now has full voice control, like Apple’s well-known Siri assistant. But the S8 raises the bar on current smartphones and is probably the best Android phone you can buy.
Why can it be an alternative of iPhone X? With Face ID and waterproofing the S8 draws level on some points, but Siri is a far superior voice assistant for now.

It has a stellar battery life as well, easily measuring up to the best Apple has on offered to date. The battery easily lasts 36 hours, but you can probably squeeze more out of it. It comes with 6GB or 8GB of RAM, making for a hugely powerful device.
Why can it be an alternative of iPhone X? It’s definitely going to be cheaper and is lightning fast, but the iPhone X has more innovative features.

HTC’s U11 is the Taiwanese company’s most powerful smartphone to date. It has received rave reviews for its stunning and colorful design and the punchy 2,560 x 1,440 resolution of its 5.5-inch screen. Inside is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 that gives the device some serious speed.
It also has its innovative squeezable sides feature, which can be used for taking selfies or zooming the camera. The U11 has all day battery life and 64GB of internal storage, maybe not as top of the range iPhone X, but it keeps the fingerprint scanner and even has facial recognition.
