Creating a slideshow or presentation from images and videos quickly can be an effective way for you to introduce about your products, your company or just to show your customers a piece of information about yourself.
There are many free tools you can use to make slideshow from images for example: Microsoft Power Point in your PC. However, creating a slideshow from videos is a different procedure. You’ll need a free video editor like VSDC or ActivePresenter to do it.In today post, I will show you how to create a slideshow from images and videos in VSDC Free Video Editor.
VSDC Video Editor is a program that you can download and install on your Windows PC. It is an amazing editor for Windows user to edit videos or images without any limitation. Its free version has all basic and advanced video editing tools that you’ll want to try.
First you’ll need to download and install VSDC video editor on your computer. Just follow below link to get access to their homepage and download it.

Once you have installed it, you’ll see the interface of the program as below. In VSDC, there are two way to make a slideshow. The first way is to Run the Wizard in the editor tab. And the second way is to start by Create slideshow on the interface. Both ways are really simple to follow.
A Project Settings window will appear and you can customize your information including project title, author, Copyright, description as well as choosing video resolution, frame rate and background color. Click Finish after all done.
The Files Sequence Wisard will appear and here you can start importing your images or videos for previewing in the editor. On the left of the Window, you can choose a transition type for the video and click Add files as shown in the picture. You can also drag and drop images and video from your computer directly to the editor.
Before you click Apply setting, the program allows you to preview your slideshow or they call it Sprite and apply transition effect for your videos. You can change the transition effect for each image easily by drag and drop or just use Mouse Right click and choose apply Random effect for all files.
When everything is done, you need to export your project to create your slideshow. The Export tab is on top of the editor where you can navigate easily. VSDC has many video export options you can choose such as: many kinds of video formats, devices, TVs and so on. If you just to want to make a video slideshow, then click Video format.
Exporting time depends on the length of your video as well as the quality you chose. If you don’t want to sit before your computer and wait, VSDC provides an options to turn off your computer after the procedure finished.
