More importantly, ActivePresenter provides an intuitive video editor and authoring tool that you can use for creating perfect screencast and responsive learning courses rapidly. That’s the reason why its price level is 3 times higher than Snagit 2018.

As mentioned, Snagit 2018 is not a free program. TechSmith allows you to evaluate this program within 14 days. You’ll need to make your decision after this period. During this period, your screenshot will have watermark which means you can’t use for your project.

ActivePresenter is a FREE program. Atomi allows you to use ActivePresenter as long as you want for non-commercial purposes. Your screenshots or videos will not have watermark. But, remember to read carefully their license term before trying it.
